Dexterity is a robotics tech start-up focused on automating complex warehouse operations through cutting-edge AI and robotics technology.While their robots were advanced, they were a black box with no customer access to robot performance, operations, or analytics data.
My contribution
Identified customer needs and designed an application providing access to relevant and valuable robot data insights.

A design system and UI component library ensured design was consistent across pages and aligned with the Dexterity brand identity
Final Design
User research, SME interviews, and product discovery came together with visual design for a data rich application. Three screens were prioritized, Live Operations, Reporting & Analytics, & Robot Analytics Detail.
Live Operations page shows robot productivity in real time so that issues can be addressed immediately
Results
The top-priority screens were successfully deployed and are now actively used by Dexterity's customers, generating a new revenue stream as customers subscribe to the paid application. This innovation delivers immediate savings by providing customers with instant, remote visibility into inactive robots, significantly reducing costly downtime.
Further, the high-level information architecture and design system established a strong foundation for Dexterity to expand the application into additional key areas.
